Sebastian Eggers
Research Associate at the Data Integration and Data Preparation Group of of TU Berlin.
I am an external PhD student supervised by Prof. Dr. Ziawasch Abedjan since 2023 and I am a member of his Data Integration and Data Preparation Group at TU Berlin.
I am working as a graduate trainee at Commerzbank AG since October 2023. Prior to that, I worked as an intern at Commerzbank for ten months. I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Computer Science at the Leibniz Universät Hannover and worked as a teaching and research assistant for the Software Engineering group at Leibniz Universät Hannover.
My research focuses on leveraging machine learning methods like GATs, GraphGANs, and LLMs for automated pipeline extraction and analysis. Further, I am interest in using this information to automatically extract data lineage from data science pipelines.
